Yes you should be nervous. I know I am. And trust me this post has nothing to do with what you're probably thinking. I just like to confuse you.
The reason for my thinking the world is coming to an end soon, is I'm going on a week of being happy. And not just faking it happy, I mean I am genuinely feeling happy.
I think it's all the endorphins being released during all my exercising.
Either way it works.
I think I'll start working out more and get the double benefits - happiness and weight loss.
And I am hoping that it's long term and the world is really not coming to an end..
Here's to happiness!

exercise is awesome, I am going on 3 plus months of almost daily sweating and it is really great.
Glad you are doing that, you are looking amazing (okay i am guessing but it feels good right:)! Keep it up Danielle!
Are you still training for that 5K? Races are great for training motivation but they make you face your limitations as well - which isn't a bad thing. I recommend you read through "The Courage to Start" by John Bingham. I think you'll enjoy it. :)
YAY! Happiness RAWKS! ;) And yep, exercising is really great at helping with that. I've been trying to do a little something every day, last night was 20 pushups, and 20 tricep dips...and then 40 ab crunches of different sorts. I did them at like 930pm at night...I had almost counted yesterday as a loss.
I'm happy for your happiness! (But I also hope the world is not really coming to an end.) ;)
