No that's not my age, but it's the number of push-ups I can do. And we're not talking girly push-ups here, we're talking full on "manly" push-ups.
I didn't think I was going to do be able to do them all (I did 3 sets of 12 with a really really short break in between) but I did it. I called strength from all over my body and pulled it off.
I am pretty proud of myself.
Working out with a trainer is definitely paying off, I would have never pushed myself that hard to complete that many. I would have given up at probably 15!
I think my new goal is 50 at one time.
